If he doesn't give you Mythril then battle some more and come back. Go to Rock Town, get your plane, and take it to the little house on the east side of the middle continent. Give the Mythril to the guy who talks about the Keystone, and he will say you can open the treasure chest. So go upstairs and in the corner open the drawer. You should find the 4th Limit Manual. |

You take the submarine into the river mouth north of Costa Del Sol. submerge into the water and go under the underground cave, and then go up and into the Waterfall. You will have a flashback, then get out of the submarine. Fight exactly 10 times and go back to the submarine, you will see another flashback and you will recieve Chaos. |
